Terms of Service

Availability

All stock is subject to availability. Whilst we make every effort to ensure availability of all products shown on this site, at any one time there may be items unavailable. If a purchase of an unavailable item is made, the purchaser will be offered the choice of a full refund or to choose another product. 

Shipping

All our blends are freshly handmade so please give us 1-2 days before we can process your orders. All orders will be shipped out on Tuesday or Thursday. We don't work on weekend. All orders are shipped via Australia Post. We only ship within Australia. Please allow 5-10 business days for delivery. 

Returns

If we supply an incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and as long as the product is unopened we will arrange the correct product to be sent at no additional cost. We do not exchange or refund for change of mind, individual tastes or incorrect products ordered. 

Privacy

All data collected, whether directly or indirectly, is used only by KIRAANA and is never shared with others. Information that you supply directly, such as through an online order, joining our newsletter database or through general enquiries, is used only to provide the best service to you.
