Fresh Turmeric Chutney

INGREDIENTS 100g Turmeric fresh Washed & Grated  2tbsp Roasted Chana (You can get this from Indian grocer online or instore) 1tsp Coriander seeds  1/2tsp Black Pepper 2 Dry Red Chillies 2 Cloves of Garlic chopped 1 Small brown onion finely chopped 2 Tbsp Oil (I used mustard oil, you can use olive oil, coconut oil, peanut oil etc)  1 Tsp Salt  1 Tsp Sugar  1 Tsp Mustard seeds  One sprig of Curry leaves 1 Tbsp Toasted peanuts (optional)   METHOD 1.   Dosa is a fermented batter made with rice and lentil and then cooked on pan. But sometimes we are not organised enough to ferment and prepare in advance but crave a good Dosa instantly, well this recipe comes to rescue. You can make it as breakfast, lunch or dinner, no rules. If there's one thing Indian kitchens do well is making endless chutneys, and why not its so delicious & perfect accompaniment to any dish. And lets not forget the plethora of health benefits these herbs, nuts and vegetables when pounded and ground together brings. That's why every part of the country has its own chutney recipe influenced by the produce of that part. This recipe is my everyday go to chutney recipe. Tandoori (BBQ) Veggies

In India Tandoori Veggies are served as entrée in North Indian restaurants, its traditionally had with green coriander chutney.
