This slightly sweet pulao blend is an inspiration from a popular rice recipe in the east of India ‘Basanti’ (Spring) Pulao. It has sweet and nutty notes, and tastes delicious with paneer dishes or just with some seasoned yogurt.

COOKING METHOD
Follow these easy steps - 
- Wash the rice under cold water for 20 sec, strain, keep aside. This step is important for clearer flavour and to remove any impurities from rice. 
- In a pot add some oil. Once the oil is warm add the entire pack of spice mix, stir for 5 - 10 sec. 
- Add the washed rice and 3 cups of water, mix and cook until all the water is absorbed and rice is soft. Usually takes about 30 min. Serve as a side or main dish with some boiled eggs.
