This slightly sweet pulao blend is an inspiration from a popular rice recipe in the east of India ‘Basanti’ (Spring) Pulao. It has sweet and nutty notes, and tastes delicious with paneer dishes or just with some seasoned yogurt. 

Ingredients - Rice, Turmeric, Sultanas, Pistachios, Salt, Sugar, Spices 


Cook in 2 easy steps:

  1. In a pot add some oil and contents of Bengali spring pulao, mix for 15 seconds on medium heat. 
  2. Add 3 cups of water and cook until rice is soft. Serve as a side or main dish. 

Vegan, Gluten Free, 100% Natural, No Preservatives or additives. Handmade in Melbourne in small batches.

*Recipe is for retail pack. Adjust water by doubling it and cooking time varies for bigger pack.
