This slightly sweet pulao blend is an inspiration from a popular rice recipe in the east of India ‘Basanti’ (Spring) Pulao. It has sweet and nutty notes, and tastes delicious with paneer dishes or just with some seasoned yogurt.

Cook in 2 easy steps:
- In a pot add some oil and contents of Bengali spring pulao, mix for 15 seconds on medium heat.
- Add 3 cups of water and cook until rice is soft. Serve as a side or main dish.
