This blend is an example of ingenuity of Indian cooking. Take some simple ingredients, mix those together and simply add it to your pre cooked food like rice, eggs, yogurt and you have something delicious to eat in no time. This dry chutney is traditionally from Western part of India where sesame seeds are grown in abundance. You can also call it Indian 'Dukkah'.
