COOKING METHOD -
Follow these easy steps -
- Wash lentils under cold water for 20 sec and strain, keep aside. This step is important for clearer flavour and to remove any impurities from lentils.
- In a pot add some oil. Simply fry some garlic and onions. Then add the entire pack of spice mix, stir for 5 - 10 sec.

Add the washed lentils and 6 cups of water & mix. Cook until Dal is soft and creamy, usually takes about 45 min. You can add a tsp of ghee, coconut oil or butter for extra delicious finish.
