Tandoor is a traditional oven that became popular in Punjab in the northern state of India after partition of India. Tandoor is known to give naan, meat & paneer it’s unique smokey flavour. The heat generated from charcoal or wood exposes food to radiant heat and convection cooking. Dishes like tandoori chicken, paneer masala are all results of this sensational method of cooking.
