This Dal is a blend of red lentils with south Indian flavours. Red lentils are very easy to cook and are packed with protein, iron and fibers essential for your body. The southern Indian flavours like coconut, Jaggery, curry leaves, comes together deliciously and will create a highly satisfying meal for your family. Serve it with some plain rice or coconut rice.

COOKING METHOD -
Follow these easy steps -
- Wash lentils under cold water for 20 sec and strain, keep aside. This step is important for clearer flavour and to remove any impurities from lentils..
- In a pot add some oil. Simply fry some garlic and onions. Then add the entire pack of spice mix, stir for 5 - 10 sec.

Add the washed lentils followed by 4 cups of water & mix. Cook until Dal is soft and creamy, usually takes about 35 min. Serve with Rice or Bread.
